Mr Yvo de Boer is the winner of the EAERE European Practitioner Achievement Award in Applying Environmental Economics 2018. EAERE has conferred this Award to Mr de Boer in recognition of in recognition of his fundamental contribution to the international environmental policy debate, in particular on climate change issues and public policy.
