Guojun HE

Guojun HE is a professor in Economics and Management & Strategy at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He has a very strong publication record. His work focuses on policies and policy design, primarily in China, and applied to problems such as air pollution, water quality, and plastic pollution. Examples of influential work include his work on the effect of environmental regulation on firm productivity in China in the Quarterly Journal of Economics and the impact of Covid-19 lockdowns in China on urban air pollution published in Nature Sustainability.
