The Environmental Economics Unit of the University of Göteborg offered a PhD course in the Design of Environmental Policy Instruments in the Spring of 2010 of 5-credit (7.5 ECTS). Tuition for this course was free and EAERE offered three stipends to cover transport and lodging costs of PhD students who were members of EAERE in year 2010.
