The Environmental Economics Unit of the University of Göteborg is offering a PhD course in the Design of Environmental Policy Instruments in the Spring of 2010 of 5-credit (7.5 ECTS). Tuition for this course is free and EAERE is offering three stipends to cover transport and lodging costs of PhD students who are (or become) members of EAERE in year 2010.
